All prices are in Euros, per room, per night.

Room rates include all applicable taxes, except for the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, which is payable prior to departure.

Reservations are accepted exclusively via email. For stays between 1 June and 30 September, a deposit may be required, equal to at least one night’s stay. This deposit must be paid via bank transfer to the company’s designated account within two (2) days of booking. The payment must be made by the person in whose name the reservation is made, and proof of payment must be sent to our email. The reservation will be considered confirmed only after the company has sent a final confirmation email.

Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the arrival date will not incur any charges. If a deposit has been paid, it will be refunded to a bank account specified by the payer within two (2) business days. Any bank transaction fees will be borne by the client. For cancellations made less than 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.

The arrival day counts as a full day of stay for payment purposes, regardless of arrival time.

Check-in begins at 15:00 and ends at 21:00. Late arrivals after 21:00 are possible with prior notice and timely booking. Early check-in may be arranged if the room is ready.

Check-out is required by 12:00 noon on the agreed departure day. If the room is not vacated by 18:00, the guest must pay for an additional night.

Breakfast is not provided by the accommodation.

Rooms are not equipped with a kitchen, so meal preparation is not possible.

Preparing meals inside the rooms is prohibited.

The use of open flame heating sources (such as stoves, gas burners, candles, etc.) is strictly forbidden. Charging or operating electrical devices unattended is also not allowed.

Each room features air conditioning and a small refrigerator.

Free internet access is available.

No pets are allowed.

Sun loungers and beach towels are provided free of charge for our guests.

A public parking area is located near the accommodation, just 10 meters away.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco products are strictly forbidden in all areas of the property, including all guest rooms.

The rooms are not equipped with televisions.

Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and in the afternoon from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The room may be used only by the guest named on the reservation and any additional guests who have been properly registered.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Guests are not permitted to receive visitors inside the rooms.

Parties and events are not allowed.

During their stay, guests are required to:

a) Follow all accommodation rules and policies,

b) Avoid any behavior or activity that could cause disturbance, excessive noise, inconvenience, or fear to other guests. Guardians or parents are responsible for preventing disturbances caused by minors,

c) Treat accommodation staff and fellow guests with respect.
